Stock Rules Please use my stock for DIGITAL ART/Photomanipulation only (however, you can use them for references for traditional art, no need to ask) You must always credit me clearly by using my icon or by just linking to my account or to the original stock photo. NOTIFY ME. I don't mind how. Note or comment, it's up to you. Do not, under any circumstances, redistribute my stock or claim it as your own. You can submit your work using my stock as prints on DA and you do not need my permission. You can post your work using my stock outside of deviantART on your personal websites, it's your art, however you must post it on deviantART first and foremost. You have to be a member of deviantART to use my stock. DO NOT cut the heads off my model stock, just to use the body/clothing, this is very disrespectful. If you want to use my stock for commerical purposes, notify me beforehand, I may or may not say yes. I am sorry, but I do not allow my stock to be used in Equine art. [See example here]. Please respect this and please note that it's not because I hate horses! Please be creative. This does not mean adding a few filters, brushes, textures, or making only very minor changes. Do not use my stock for art featuring violence, animal cruelty, fetish/pornography, or abuse of any kind. Do not use my stock to make your own stock/premade backgrounds.
I am a newly published author. My first book, The Mark of Abel, an urban fantasy, comes out in December from MuseItUp. I am in the process of making a trailer. The heroine continually dies and I've been looking for a good pic of a tombstone. I love yours. May I please use it. I will credit you however you want at the end and include your copyright on the image.
I allow my photographs to be used by active members of deviantart first and foremost, and the work must be uploaded in their gallery before it is used anywhere else. You don't have a gallery, so i'm afraid I will have to say no. I like to be able to keep track of people who use my stock, and I can't exclude anyone from my rules.
